The Tilt-Down 957 Thule Parkway hitch bike rack for 1.25 inch hitch receivers is an entry level system that features solid Thule Racks construction at an economical price. Tilt-down design of the Thule 957 Parkway offers complete access to rear. Fits 1.25 inch receivers. Full vehicle access with tilting down design. Includes soft rubber cradles that are made to protect bike frames while holding bike securely. Optional Thule 950 Zip Stick anti-sway device, not included, offers full stability of bicycles, preventing bikes from swaying or movement while in transport. Fits virtually all bike frame shapes and sizes. We recommend the Thule STL and Cable Lock, not included, for added security
