The State of Nine Rewards Program: FAQ

We would not be where we are today without the loyalty of our customers. We’re all Saab enthusiasts and want to buy accessories that are tried & true. The State of Nine promise is that we’ll continue to deliver you the best products for Saabs that we can get our hands on.

We developed the State of Nine Rewards Program to not only keep you coming back to State of Nine, but to say “Thank You!” for choosing to spend your time and money with us. It’s the simplest way we found to be able to give you savings on your State of Nine purchases all year long.

It’s pretty simple: as a State of Nine customer (you must have Customer Account to participate; click here to create a Username and Password if you don’t already have one) you earn 1 point for every $1.00 you spend at State of Nine*. Your points can be redeemed as cash when checking out – every 50 points = $1.00. When you are logged into your account you can see how many points you have accumulated so far. All State of Nine customers are automatically included in the Rewards Program at no charge!

1. How do I earn “points”?
You'll earn 1 point for everyday US$1.00 you spend on products at State of Nine*. As long as you are logged into your account when you make purchases at State of Nine, your points are automatically recorded and associated with your account for future purchases.

2. How do I redeem “points”?
Every 50 points is worth US$1.00. When you Check Out at State of Nine, you will have the option to redeem your points to pay for all or part of your purchase. NOTE: You MUST BE LOGGED INTO YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT to redeem points at Check Out.

3. How are my “points” calculated?
Every day, State of Nine automatically calculates your Rewards points based on purchases of products at State of Nine that day.* Purchases made one day will generate points that are available for you to use for purchases at State of Nine immediately.

4. Can I use “points” to pay for Shipping & Handling, Taxes and other fees?
No – points are only redeemable to pay for the retail price of Products at State of Nine. For example, if an item’s retail price is $100.00, tax is $5.00, and shipping is $20.00, points can be redeemed at a maximum of $100.00 to pay for the item’s retail price of $100.00.

5. What are some examples of “points” redemption?
You can redeem your points for products at State of Nine (www.stateofnine.com). Each point is worth US$.020.
  • 50 points = US$1.00.
  • 500 points — $10.00 to be redeemed at Check Out
  • 1,000 points — $20.00 to be redeemed at Check Out
  • 2,000 points — $40.00 to be redeemed at Check Out
6. Can State of Nine send me a check in the value of my Rewards “points”?
No – Rewards points are only redeemable during Check Out for purchases at State of Nine.

7. Do Rewards “points” expire?
No. Rewards points will sit in your State of Nine account for as long as your Account is active.

8. Points Redemption
  • Points are not earned on Shipping & Handling, Taxes, and other Fees.
  • Points may be earned, but cannot be redeemed, if the Customer Account is not in good standing
  • No cap on purchases earning 1 point
  • Reward points are not transferable
9. What if I return a product that I earned Rewards “points” for?
Your points associated with the dollar amount of your return will be subtracted from your State of Nine Rewards points.

10. When making a purchase, when do I get to apply my Rewards "points"?
You can select to apply your Rewards points during the Check Out process on the Payment Information page. You will be asked to enter your Credit Card information, and immediately below the Credit Card field you will see your available Rewards points and be able to elect to apply those points to your purchase.

11. Where can I see my total "points" that I have accumulated?
Simply log into your Customer account at www.stateofnine.com and click on "Account" in the menu bar at the top of every page. At the bottom of this page you will see your Rewards Program status and total unspent points.

*Points are calculated based on the U.S. Dollar amount spent on State of Nine products; points are not earned for money spent on shipping & handling.
